Gelcoat

Gelcoat is available in packages of 1-20 kg as a spray or hand application.

Gelcoat is used in the manufacturing of die-cast products. Fiberfix gelcoat is pre-accelerated and thixotropic. If 4% wax solution is added, gelcoat can be used as topcoat.

Instructions

Clean the area to be treated. Thoroughly sand the surface to be painted. Add approx. 2% hardener just before application and mix well. Paint and fill out the surface thoroughly with gelcoat. Apply with brush or roller.

Gel time	20-30 min
Hardening time	approx. 6 hours at 20°C
Cleaning	Acetone
